How do Returns and Exchanges work?

Did a little mistake slip through? Didn’t quite hit the mark with the color or size, and need to exchange or return your items? Don't worry! Read on to see how to proceed so that everything goes smoothly.

Returning Goods

If you have decided to return your items, please first check that you meet the return conditions in our Terms and Conditions.

  1. Fill out the Withdrawal Form. You can find it online below (recommended) or on the back of the "Thank You" card included in your package.
  2. Don’t forget to include your Order Number or the Invoice Number (sent to you in the package or via email).
  3. Provide the correct bank account number for your refund.
  4. Note on Free Shipping: If you used "Free Shipping" (for registered customers on orders over 2,000 CZK) and the final value of the order drops below 2,000 CZK after the return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Send the package to our store address: > Pro malé dobrodruhy, Kostelecká 938/81, Prague 9, 196 00

How to send the package back? You have several options:

  • Your own way: Send it via any carrier at your own expense.
  • In person: Drop it off directly at our store.
  • "Simple Return" Service: If you prepaid for this service during checkout, use the code 97955378 for a free return.
  • Zásilkovna (Packeta) Return Code: Use the code 96183141 at any Zásilkovna branch. We will deduct 69 CZK from your refund for this service. The advantage is that you don't need to print a label — just give the code and your name to the staff, and they will handle the rest.

Important: Please include your name or the completed form (on the back of the "Thank You" card) inside the package. As soon as we receive the goods, we will inform you and refund the money to your account within the legal 14-day limit.

Note: For "2+1 Free" promotions, the cheapest item is free. If you return one of the items, the refund will be calculated based on the proportionally distributed discount.

 

Exchanging Goods

You can exchange your goods for something else within 14 days of receipt. How to do it? It depends on how much of a hurry you are in. Since some items are made to order, it might take a while for them to arrive. Please check the availability and delivery time on our e-shop first.

Our Tip: The "New Order" Method

  1. Place a new order and write "EXCHANGE" (Výměna) in the notes.
  2. Pay for the order using your preferred method.
  3. We will ship the new order as soon as it is complete.
  4. In the meantime (within 14 days of receipt), send the items that didn't fit back to us using the same methods described in the "Returning Goods" section above.
  5. Send the package to: > Pro malé dobrodruhy, Kostelecká 938/81, Prague 9, 196 00
